Aries: October 3, 2026

Today asks Aries to slow down just enough to feel what's beneath the surface instead of charging past it. The Moon in sensitive Cancer softens your usual fire, so energy that normally comes out as action may come out as mood instead. Mars, your ruling planet, is locked in a tense standoff overhead, which can make small friction feel bigger than it is. Pick one task you've been avoiding and finish it quietly, without needing an audience.

Worth it today

• Finish one overdue small task
• Check in with someone close
• Move your body to release tension

Better to avoid

• Starting a new power struggle
• Making a big decision on raw emotion
• Snapping at slow-moving people
