These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Taroim mobile application and related services (the "App"), provided by Taroim ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Taroim's tarot readings, astrology content, horoscopes, and any AI-generated interpretations are provided for entertainment and personal reflection only. They are not professional advice of any kind, medical, legal, financial, or otherwise, and nothing in the App should be treated as a substitute for consulting a qualified professional. Nothing here is guaranteed to be accurate or to predict any real outcome.
The App works without requiring an account, identified only by a device-generated identifier. You may optionally sign in with Apple or Google to keep your data across devices. You are responsible for keeping any credentials you use to access the App secure.
Some features are available only to Premium subscribers. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, auto-renew until cancelled, and are subject to the pricing and trial terms (where offered) shown in the App at the time of purchase. Cancel any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Don't use the App to harass others, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or submit content you don't have the right to share (for example, someone else's photo without their consent for a photo-based reading).
Readings, chat replies, and interpretations in the App are generated with the help of third-party AI models. This content is produced automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate, repetitive, or not reflect the views of Taroim.
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taroim is not liable for any decision you make based on content in the App, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of it.
We may update these Terms as the App changes. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
