This Privacy Policy explains what Taroim ("we", "us") collects when you use the Taroim app, and how it's used.

1. What we collect

Device identifier. By default, the App identifies you with an anonymous identifier generated on your device, not a name or email.
Sign-in information. If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the identifier and (if you allow it) the name/email that provider shares, so your data can follow you across devices.
Astrology profile. Birth date, time and place you enter, used to calculate your astrological chart and horoscope. This is the one field in the App that's genuinely personal, and it never leaves the App except as part of generating your own readings.
Readings and conversations. The questions you ask, cards drawn, chat messages with the AI astrologer, and messages sent to support, so your reading history and ongoing conversations persist between sessions.
Photos. If you use a photo-based reading (coffee grounds, palm), the photo you submit is processed to generate that reading.
Basic usage events. Which features you open (for example, "a reading was completed"), without the actual question text, so we can tell what's working and what isn't.

2. How it's used

Your data is used to run the App itself: generating your readings and horoscope, remembering your chart and history for the AI astrologer, and keeping your Premium status in sync with your subscription. Relevant context is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) at the moment a reading or reply is generated. It is not sold, and it is not used for third-party advertising.

3. Where it's stored

Your data is stored on servers we operate, not a third-party consumer database platform. Subscription status is managed through Apple/Google and RevenueCat as part of processing your purchase.

4. Your choices

You can export or delete your data from the app itself (Settings → Account). Deleting your account removes your readings, chat history, and profile from our systems.

5. Children

Taroim is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

6. Changes

We may update this policy as the App changes. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
